Weekly Classes

My classes comprise 1 or 1.5 hours of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and guided relaxation to rejuvenate body and mind.

General Information

Try not to eat anything substantial for at least 2 hours before a class. If you’re hungry and need a light snack, a banana or piece of fruit is a good option.
Mats are provided at BCHC or feel free to bring your own.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Yoga is usually performed with bare feet, but bring socks to keep you warm at the start and end of class. You might also want to bring a light blanket, shawl or jumper to ensure you are warm and comfortable during the final relaxation.

One-to-One Lessons

Experience the benefits of private, one-to-one tuition tailored to your requirements.

If you’re too busy to take a regular class or you prefer practising in the comfort of your own home a private lesson might be for you. One-to-one sessions are suitable for students at any stage of development. For beginners, it can help you to master the basics and build confidence before joining a group class. For more experienced students, it can be an opportunity to focus on a specific aspect of your practice.

Cost: £50 (1 hour) / £65 (1.5 hours)

Corporate & Small Group Sessions

Classes are available for companies or small groups. Bring the benefits of Yoga to your workplace by scheduling a regular class. Yoga helps reduce stress; tension and improves concentration, so is perfect to schedule as part of a conference or away day.

Alternatively, if you have an available space, why not club together with members of your community group or local area and organise a group class. Rates are negotiable depending on numbers.
